We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
* Manage the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
* Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as needed.
* Provide bartending services, including preparing beverages and managing the bar area.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
* Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
* A team player who can also work independently when required.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
