Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver internal communication plans aligned with organisational goals in the Leicester-based financial services environment.
Work closely with various teams across HR and business functions to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.
Produce engaging written content for internal platforms such as newsletters, bulletins, and the company intranet.
Support company-wide initiatives, including change management projects, through structured communication plans.
Review and evaluate the impact of communication strategies, identifying improvements that enhance employee engagement.
Coordinate and manage internal events that strengthen staff involvement and promote a sense of belonging.
Advise senior leaders and colleagues on effective internal communication methods and tools.Profile

The Successful Candidate

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
A proactive approach, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple communication projects.
Confidence in using digital tools and HR systems to share information effectively.
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for developing new communication ideas.
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across departments.
A background in HR, marketing, or communications within financial services would be an advantage.Job Offer
