Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the Team
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
* Maintain and organise files and records.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
* Prepare documents and correspondence as needed.
* Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-maintained.
* Assist with other clerical duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Personal Assistant/Secretary should have:
* Previous experience in a Legal PA and or Legal Secretary role.
* Previous experience with documentation is required
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A professional and approachable demeanour

* Hourly pay ranging from £27.00 to £29.00.
