What You'll Be Doing
As a Laboratory Technician, you'll be at the heart of the quality process, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards. Your role will include:
* Conducting quality control testing on intermediate and finished goods.
* Performing and overseeing instrument calibrations and maintaining calibration schedules.
* Leading lab housekeeping and ensuring consumables are stocked and ready.
* Reviewing batch documentation and supporting compliance with ISO 9001, 13485, and ISO 18385.
* Contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior team members.
What We're Looking For
* A degree in a relevant life sciences discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
* A solid background in laboratory or quality control environments.
* Familiarity with PCR techniques is a bonus.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
