What You'll Be Doing
* Providing personalised 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs
* Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans
* Building a supportive, encouraging relationship to promote engagement and progress
* Supporting emotional regulation and social development
* Assisting with classroom routines, group activities, and smooth transitions
?? What We're Looking For
* A caring, patient and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs (highly desirable)
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (advantageous but not essential)
