Reporting directly into the Head of Media, the Retail Media Manager will plan and execute bespoke customer-first marketing campaigns by translating business objectives into practical audiences to drive personalisation and segmentation.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
1. Drive Shopper Activation: Work with commercial teams to analyse shopper and category data to create and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns.
2. Collaborate with Experts: Work across Commercial, Media, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver world-class retailer marketing campaigns.
3. Manage Activation Projects: From insights using shopper data to building campaign media strategies with the customer in mind.
4. Campaign Management: Collaborate with brands on creative assets, manage asset delivery, and report on campaign success.
Manage Retail Media
1. Media Planning: Own retailer media plans, including writing and delivering briefs to agencies or networks.
2. Media Analysis: Centralise campaign data, analyse media efficiencies, and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
3. Best Practice Sharing and Upskilling: Drive digital engagement and retailer media acceleration across the UK and zone.
Budget, Process, and Planning Ownership
1. Own the Retailer Plan: Support 2025 planning, keep plans updated, and communicate ongoing strategies.
2. Critical Path Management: Coordinate with teams to ensure milestones are met and campaigns are delivered on time.
3. Budget Management: Track budgets rigorously, ensure alignment with finance, and optimise ROI.
4. Presentations: Prepare internal and external presentations on activation plans.

* Experience in commercial, trade marketing, data insights, or media, with openness to diverse skills.
* Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally.
* Self-starter with ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
