Talented Part II Architectural Assistant wanted to join our growing Manchester studio. We are an in-person client facing business seeking designers to work with and on multiple new projects in the UK and beyond, varying in size. These projects comprise office, data centres, and commercial developments for governmental, corporate, and institutional clients. You will be capable in Revit and take pride in working with a team that strives for quality in all areas of design. Our practice thrives on a welcoming and relaxed internal atmosphere, opportunities to engage with interesting projects and the thoughtful exchange of ideas.

Responsibilities
* Work as part of an architectural team to successfully complete tasks/projects
* Demonstrate design sensitivity and awareness for high quality graphics
* Production of drawn and graphic information in 2D and 3D
* Assisting in the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages
* Show awareness of productive team working
Qualifications
* Part I and II from a school of Architecture
Knowledge & Skills
* Having experience of the UK regulations applicable to the discipline and how to demonstrate this in project execution.
* Post Part II working experience in RIBA stages 2 - 4
* Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Revit & AutoCAD capability
* Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
* Be able to work under own initiative or as part of a team
* Have an ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively
* Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
