We’re looking for a Legal & Procurement Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the legal, commercial, and risk frameworks that underpin our projects and commercial contracts. This is a great opportunity to shape a position at the centre of the business, working closely with leadership and project teams to ensure strong contractual and compliance support. In this role, you’ll review and negotiate contracts, manage appointments and procurement documentation, guide on insurance and risk‑management processes, and help maintain compliance with legislation and professional standards. You’ll work as part of our Operations team, collaborating across the practice and liaising with insurers, brokers, and external advisers where needed. You will offer internal advice on key areas including contract management, PI insurance administration, regulatory compliance, intellectual property matters, and support with dispute resolution - offering genuine scope and responsibility from day one. The role is based in our Winchester office, with occasional travel. We’ll provide a structured induction, access to specialist expertise, and ongoing support to help you grow and make a meaningful impact. What we’re looking for Newly qualified solicitor, paralegal, or legal professional (or equivalent experience) 2 years’ experience in a legal or commercial role, ideally within construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills Confident working with internal teams and external advisers Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong commercial awareness Experience with construction contracts, PI insurance, GDPR/data protection, or dispute resolution is beneficial but not essential.
