IT Graduate (Entry-Level)
Location: Surrey
Salary: £125 p/day
Working arrangements, Full-Time - 4 days on site

The Role
As an IT Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of IT functions, including technical support, systems administration, and project work. This role is designed to help you develop your technical skills while contributing to real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support to internal users
* Assist in maintaining IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
* Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
* Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades and migrations
* Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively
* Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions
Requirements
* A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
* Strong interest in technology and problem-solving
* Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and hardware
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, or similar tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Internship or placement experience in an IT environment
