We are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support individuals with complex needs within a supported accommodation service in Bolton. This is a rewarding role focused on delivering person-centred support and helping individuals move towards independent living.
The Role As a Support worker, you will manage a caseload of residents, delivering tailored support to help them maintain their accommodation and develop independent living skills.

Hours: Mon- Fri 7.30am-3.30pm, 12.30pm-8.30pm rolling rota
About the Role Manage a caseload of service users within supported accommodation and/or floating support
Deliver person-centred support plans and review progress regularly
Support individuals with budgeting, benefits, tenancy management, and daily living skills
Deliver one-to-one support, drop-in sessions, and group activities
Support residents to sustain tenancies and move on to independent living
Liaise with external agencies to ensure coordinated support
Advocate on behalf of service users to access services and entitlements
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and data protection
Promote engagement in education, training, employment, and community activities
About You Experience supporting individuals with complex or multiple needs
Background in supported housing, homelessness services, or similar environments (desirable)
Strong understanding of person-centred support and tenancy sustainment
Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise effectively
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records
A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance (Adults).
