Your profile What You’ll Be Doing Managing a broad portfolio of premium Hampton Hill properties Handling applicant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings Negotiating sales, managing offers, and securing the best outcomes for sellers Building lasting relationships with clients and buyers Selling financial service and legal referrals Playing a key role in driving new business through referrals and local canvassing What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in a property role Highly motivated and commercially minded Confident communicator and sharp negotiator Organised and detail-oriented under pressure Full UK driving licence (essential) What You’ll Get Basic Salary: £25,000 per annum OTE: £50,000 (uncapped) Car Allowance: £2,400 per annum Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Saturdays, 10am–4pm on rotation (5-day working week) Holiday: 20 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. We also close for Christmas.
