What You Do Matters…
As management, you will be responsible for all aspects of your store – we expect you to manage your store as if it were your own business! In this role, you will:
1. Drive sales & maximize profit - identify opportunities to increase your store’s contribution, ensure high standards of store layout, analyze reports, and be accountable for success.
2. Connect with our customers - ensure every customer receives a world-class shopping experience, motivate your team to deliver genuine service, and encourage upselling.
3. Recruit & retain top talent - be passionate about your team’s career development, recruit the best, train & coach them, and manage their performance.
4. Control costs & manage loss prevention - drive team productivity, manage payroll effectively, deter theft through service, and ensure operational soundness with stock management controls.

* Have a proven track record in managing store KPIs including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
