We’re seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner – Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple UK locations. This role ensures compliance with PAYE, NIC, and pension regulations while driving process improvements and efficiency. This is an interim role, that will be inside IR35, starting as soon as possible initially until November 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate, timely payroll processing and statutory reporting.
* Manage reconciliations, audits, and pension administration.
* Partner with HR teams and third-party providers on compensation and benefits.
* Lead process improvements and act as payroll system superuser.

* Significant payroll management experience with strong knowledge of UK legislation.
