KS1 Teacher – Rugby

What we’re looking for:
Proven KS1 teaching experience, with a strong understanding of early years learning needs.
Phonics expertise, supporting pupils in developing essential reading and spelling skills.
Literacy and creative writing focus, encouraging imagination while building solid foundations in English.
Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English, ensuring pupils make excellent progress in core areas.
Intervention experience, working with small groups or individuals to close learning gaps.
Flexibility – open to day-to-day supply work as well as short-term contracts.
