With a primarily remote working arrangement and only periodic visits to the Glasgow office, you'll have the flexibility to maintain balance and prioritise what matters. The Work You will gain exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including: Managing a busy and varied caseload with appropriate supervision Handling sales, purchases, leasing and asset management matters Drafting and reviewing dispositions, leases, missives, variations and licences Conducting title reviews, property searches and due diligence Supporting the Partner on larger development, investment and portfolio transactions Liaising directly with clients, surveyors, local authorities and other stakeholders Assisting with team projects, operational improvements and client onboarding processes This role offers hands-on experience, excellent client exposure and the chance to develop market-leading knowledge. Your Experience At least 1 year of dedicated Commercial Property experience within a legal environment Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and confidently Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills A proactive, solution-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for real estate work Confident in building relationships both internally and externally Ambition to progress and take on increasing responsibility over time Why This Role?
