What you’ll be doing:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all food, drink and retail operations onsite, ensuring every area runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
8. Managing daily operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events
9. Leading, training and motivating the F&B team – including recruitment, onboarding and rota management
10. Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination
11. Monitoring stock levels, managing supplier orders and maintaining strong cost control
12. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food hygiene and health & safety
13. Managing administrative processes, staff records and digital systems
14. Working closely with senior management to meet commercial and operational targets
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
What we’re looking for:
15. At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management F&B role
16. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, guide and motivate a diverse team
17. Knowledge of stock management, cost control and menu pricing
18. Excellent organisational, administrative and digital-systems capability
19. A guest-focused approach with a passion for exceptional service
20. Flexible, positive and able to adapt within a busy leisure environment
