Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting clients with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living activities. Supervising and mentoring care assistants, ensuring they deliver exceptional care. Conducting care assessments, updating care plans, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals. Monitoring the quality of care provided and addressing any issues promptly. Driving between client locations and ensuring all visits are completed on time. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a care role, ideally in a domiciliary or community care setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. A caring, proactive, and professional approach to supporting clients and colleagues. A valid driving license and access to a reliable car (essential).
