Job Description
An experienced Deputy Care Manager is required to join an exclusive luxury care home in Newark. The ideal candidate will be passionate about elderly care and have prior experience working in residential homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Care Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home
* Ensure high-quality care is provided to all residents
* Support and manage care staff, providing training and ongoing support
* Help maintain compliance with care regulations and standards
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passionate about providing exceptional elderly care
