Salary: £40,317 - £62,496 per annum
An exciting opportunity is available for a talented and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Brent on a full-time, 1-year contract, with the potential for the role to become longer term.
This vibrant and supportive school is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging learning experiences and helping children build strong foundations during the early stages of their education.
Location: Brent, London
Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with potential extension)
Pay: Competitive daily rate up to UPS3
The Nursery Teacher role will involve:
1. Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and child-centred lessons
2. Supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development
3. Creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
4. Working collaboratively with the Early Years team and wider school staff
5. Encouraging early communication, language, and phonics development through play-based learning
The successful Nursery Teacher will have:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Previous experience teaching within Nursery or Early Years
8. A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching
9. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
10. Excellent classroom management and communication skills
