Job Title : IFA Administrator
Location :Summertown, Oxford (Office-based)
Benefits :
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Salary :£26,000 £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role :
We are looking for an organised and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join a small but growing financial planning team based in Summertown, Oxford. This is a key support role providing day-to-day administrative assistance to financial advisers and paraplanners, ensuring a smooth and compliant client journey.
Youll be working in a busy, professional environment with scope to progress into paraplanning or other roles over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing new business applications and client documentation accurately and efficiently
Preparing meeting packs and client correspondence
Liaising with product providers, clients, and other third parties to obtain policy information and updates
Maintaining and updating client records
Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks, including diary and workflow management
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Requirements :
Ideally 2+ years experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm
Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
High level of computer literacy and data accuracy
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
