Charities Solicitor- choice of various office locations (Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Northampton or Norwich) with hybrid working
Client
A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm
Role
* Creating, registering, closing and de-registering charitable entities
* Advising on trustee roles, charity mergers, asset transfers and regulatory issues
* Work collaboratively withproperty and employment teams on charity matters
* Liaising with the Charity Commission
* Engaging in business development activity
You
* 5+ years PQE with experience in dealing with charities of varying sizes
* Able to manage complexmatters with supervision where appropriate
* Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
