Job Title: Application Support Analyst – Tax & Legal Technology
Base Location: Glasgow based (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
The KPMG Tax & Legal Technical Engineering function is a cornerstone of our business. This team will be responsible for delivering technology enabled outcomes across the Tax & Legal business using modern and best in class engineering methodologies. We drive this transformation through the adoption of Cloud based technologies and have strategic relationships with Google, Microsoft among others. We have a technology agnostic view and select the right tool/language/cloud provider to achieve the best outcome for the business and our clients alike.

What will you be doing?
In this role you receive excellent training to enable you to become an integral part of our Application Support Team will be part of a small team where you will work closely with other Support Analysts, Software Developers, Product teams, Service delivery teams & 3rd party suppliers to ensure the smooth running of key client assets across Tax & Legal.
What will you need to do it?
1. First-hand experience of providing end-user technical support including incident management and request fulfilment
2. Proven track record of excelling in a busy service delivery in an ITIL environment
3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with ability to grasp new concepts
4. Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
5. Experience of supporting Tax or Legal Compliance systems
6. Intermediate knowledge of MS Desktop and Server operating systems
7. Intermediate knowledge of SQL scripting and/or PowerShell scripting
8. ITIL Foundation certification
