This inviting and creative specialist school is currently seeking a 1:1 teaching assistant/tutor to support learning across KS2 and 3. The school currently supports 120+ pupils with an Autism, ASD diagnosis and/or associated conditions. Learners that attend this school are happy and content and the school is committed to offering all students continuity and a place to thrive. Pupils can play freely outside or choose a quiet space indoors, their individual needs and interests are echoed in their school experience.
The school is looking for inspiring 1:1 teaching assistant/tutor to join their school on a full time, term time only basis. This role is needed ASAP. This role will require you to support SEN learners on a 1:1 basis in a small class environment.
Responsibilities
* Support SEN learners on a 1:1 basis in a small class environment.
* Support the learners' education with the support of the teaching team and SLT.
* Support the delivery of all subjects in the broad and balanced curriculum.

Requirements
* Be a resilient, committed and enthusiastic individual
* Relevant teaching assistant, childcare or care experience (UK based)
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
