As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide effective management and leadership, driving profitability with a focus on the customer journey. Ideally, you will have hands-on experience as a mechanic, dividing your time between the workshop with technicians and assisting with daily sales and customer service.
