Overview
The Ned is seeking a Floor Manager to support the General Manager in leadership of one of our venues, primarily overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service and food to our restaurant guests. This role provides a great opportunity to develop people management skills through team recruitment, development and performance conversations, onboarding new starters, and broader people leadership tasks.

Responsibilities
* Support with all people leadership tasks, including team recruitment, development and performance chats, and onboarding new starters
* Lead and maintain high standards to ensure the best guest experiences and safe, audited operations
* Be the steady presence in a high-pressure environment, maintaining a calm demeanour and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Ensure the whole team delivers exceptional service and holds them to account for performance as measured on the restaurant balanced scorecard
* Act as an accountable person for health and safety and labour relations, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records for safety and audit standards
Qualifications and qualities
* Previous supervisory or management experience with a proven track record of delivering outstanding food, guest experiences, and people management
* High standards and attention to detail; strong organisational skills and meticulous record keeping
* A calm, confident leader who can manage a team effectively and maintain guest satisfaction
