We have a fantastic new Opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to support Poole (BH)/Weymouth (DT)/Yeovil (BA) area. If you are looking to build your career in sales, this is a great opportunity to work with our much-loved brands, such as Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone and many more!.

Our Field Sales Executives work closely with a range of customers including Cash & Carry wholesalers and local stores, building strong relationships by helping them grow their snacking range by optimising sales, driving promotions and launching amazing new products.

Your future manager – Julie

Julie has been working for Mondelez for 25 years, she started as Sales Development Executive then moved into the wholesale side of the business and looked after cash & carry/wholesale. 18 years ago she moved back into Field Sales as a manager which she thoroughly enjoys as every day is so very different which keeps it fresh and exciting. Her area of expertise would have to be around people development, watching her team grow and be at their best. “I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated and would have to say that my style is very approachable, supportive and some say I am firm but fair” says Julie.

How will you contribute?

1. Selling our market-leading brands Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts and Oreo (plus many more) into Independent and Symbol retailers on a regular basis.
2. Ensuring a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
3. Implementing and monitor promotional activities.
4. Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
5. Reporting on activities.
6. Delivering the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

What will you bring to the role?

7. Sales experience – preferably in FMCG/CPG but we will consider other fields
8. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
9. Strong numeracy and analytical skills
10. Perseverance and attention to details
11. A driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points. You should be comfortable with driving either an automatic or manual vehicle

12. Permanent contract, beginning with 6-months’ probation period
13. Work schedule is Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
14. A competitive salary with bi-annual bonus based on performance
