We are seeking a female Personal Assistant to support a young woman who lives at home with her family and friendly dog. This is a meaningful, rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, emotionally resilient and passionate about helping others thrive in daily life.

* Support community access, social activities and build new routines
* Assist with money management and encourage personal responsibility
* Promote healthy emotional regulation and coping strategies
* Act as a positive role model and trusted companion
* Encourage positive relationships and boost self‑esteem and confidence
* Work closely with the family to ensure a safe and supportive environment
About You
* Calm, confident and compassionate
* Genuine interest in supporting individuals with emotional or behavioural needs
* Can build trust and provide consistent, reliable support
* Comfortable working in a family home with pets
* Understanding the importance of emotional resilience and patient communication
* Able to create a safe, valued space for her where she feels secure
