We are seeking a Cleaning Area Manager to effectively oversee and monitor 16 retail sites across North West Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate is currently in a similar role or ready to step up from a cleaning supervisor position. Experience in a similar environment is essential.

Main Duties:
1. Ensure work compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation.
2. Maintain and meet contract retention targets.
3. Conduct quarterly Health & Safety audits and monthly cleaning inspections.
4. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.
5. Motivate and manage a competent workforce.
6. Control operational costs and overheads to ensure profitability.
7. Implement cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
8. Plan and organize operational activities and oversee scheduling.
9. Manage client escalations effectively.
10. Ensure proper staffing and supervision at all sites.
11. Conduct performance reviews for employees.
12. Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials.
13. Conduct audits to maintain quality standards.
