* 4+ years experience in IT Sales, outbound calling, and lead generation.
* Focus on selling IT services to key markets in USA, UK, Australia, NZ, Europe, and Middle East.
* Maintain a pipeline of qualified clients and timely follow-up.
* Manage client relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities.
* Achieve assigned targets and generate regular reports.
* Develop and maintain a database of companies and decision-makers.
* Accountable for the strategy, plan, and execution of email, social media, and other outbound campaigns.
* Drive end-to-end campaign cycles and develop growth strategies.
* Arrange business meetings and promote company’s products/services.
* Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and provide after-sales support.
* Build long-term relationships with customers.
