Base Location: Reading, Portsmouth, Glasgow or Perth
Salary: £43,704 - £51,484 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
SSEN are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join its exciting transformation project – Bridge. The role involves ensuring adherence to governance framework and standards, handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining project documentation, tracking progress and co‑ordinating meetings and minute‑taking. You will also provide valuable insight through performance analysis and reporting, which helps drive informed decision making and support the overall success of the project delivery.
You will
* Ensure adherence to project governance framework and standards across all forums and activities.
* Update and maintain governance process documents and ensure timely dissemination to relevant teams.
* Collect, analyse and report on project performance to support decision making and continuous improvement.
* Support day‑to‑day activities such as meeting coordination, preparing agendas and presentation materials, minute‑taking, create and update activity trackers and action management across all areas.
* Support using the project management tools available.
You have
* Experience working within a project or program environment with a strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance framework and methodologies.
* Ability to analyse project data, create dashboards, provide accurate reports and insight using Excel, Power BI and other management software.
* Proven experience in document management, task coordination skills, strong accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with and build excellent working relationships with stakeholders, providing clear and consistent reports and updates.
* A self‑motivated, proactive person with a positive and solutions‑focused attitude to help identify issues, support continuous improvement and provide concise updates.
