Join to apply for the Credit Control Team Leader role at WSP.
You will become part of a dynamic team, supporting engineers in collection of payments for the projects they have delivered to clients. You will lead a team, drive process improvements, and report on the effectiveness of debt collection strategies.
Responsibilities
* Lead and engage the Credit Control team across multiple locations
* Own and maintain clear knowledge of the team’s debt ledger
* Build productive relationships across all levels of the business
* Drive cash flow to meet targets for your team and stakeholders
* Help stakeholders understand how to use our Debt Collection Agency
* Raise the profile of credit policies and Credit Management services
* Support your team in meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs
Your Team
* Reporting to the Senior Credit Manager; responsible for a team of Credit Controllers across multiple locations
* Work 3 days a week in modern offices, alongside other Shared Service Teams

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate
* People management experience in Credit Control
* Experience in Professional Services or Engineering/Construction is a plus
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong time-management, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service
* Comfort with telephone outreach and clear, concise email communication; act as an ambassador for WSP
* Progress towards CICM or related qualifications, or interest in pursuing development with WSP
