An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Associate to join our Community Nursing Service in North Tyneside. The post will initially cover a maternity leave in Wallsend locality, with potential for location change within North Tyneside after the maternity leave. You will be an integral part of a community nursing team, supported by registered nurses, to deliver planned care including wound care, venipuncture, medication administration, catheterisation, and palliative care.

Responsibilities include:
1. Exercising accountability as per the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
2. Working within NHCFT policies to ensure high clinical standards.
3. Providing comprehensive nursing care, including for patients with complex needs.
4. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to monitor and deliver care.
5. Modeling compassionate and inclusive leadership to foster a collective leadership culture.
