Location – King’s Lynn Contract Type – Permanent Working Hours – 37 Closing Date – 9th January 2026 Your Tasks Ensure compliance with all legislative and corporate safety, health, and environmental standards through effective operational practices Develop and implement risk-based maintenance strategies to optimise asset availability and commercial performance Plan and control discipline-specific maintenance budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effective delivery Promote continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities to adopt best practices from across RWE Generation Lead, engage, and develop team members to foster a positive culture and build future capability within the O&M function Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams. Your profile Strong technical knowledge and experience in asset maintenance within your discipline area Senior-level maintenance expertise with the ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively within team environments HNC/Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, ideally with professional body membership Able to manage shifting priorities with a detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially focused mindset A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working in multi-disciplinary environments Proven ability to manage complex plant issues and provide expert technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams.
