Retentions Advisor - Glasgow (G4 9XA)

What you'll do:
As a retentions advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers considering cancelling their accounts. Your role will involve:
* Understanding reasons for cancellation
* Providing solutions and guidance to retain customers
* Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relations
* Meeting retention targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
What you'll need:
* 1+ years contact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment due to volume of calls.
* Experience in retentions (desirable, not essential)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude and target driven mind
* Successful candidates must pass a DBS check
