Role Overview Permira is searching for a professional, ambitious and driven events coordinator. This is a temporary role (6-month contract) and we would like the individual to start as soon as possible, based in London. This role is a great opportunity to learn about events in private equity. Key Responsibilities Help plan and coordinate key Permira internal and external events during a six-month period Manage small/medium events on an ad hoc basis Support on event tasks including firmwide, company and investor events Provide logistical and operational support Vendor and stakeholder communications Desired Experience / Background Previous events experience in an international setting An organised and self-motivated individual, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills; with the ability to build, develop and maintain supportive and constructive working relationships Ability to operate both autonomously and as part of a wider collaborative team Ability to work to strict deadlines, in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working within an international environment which will include cross-office collaboration Act with integrity, honesty and discretion To learn how we handle your personal data during the recruitment process, please review our Candidate Privacy Policy.
