Role: Client Care Advisor
Location: Blue House Vets, Biddulph, Staffordshire.
Contract: Part‑time, FTC (6 months).
Blue House Veterinary Centre (Petplan Practice of the Year 2019) is a long‑established, single‑site small animal practice. The team includes 9 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Veterinary Nurses, 1 Veterinary Nurse Student, 5 Veterinary Receptionists and a Practice Manager.
How you'll make a difference
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling visitors, telephone calls, emails and general enquiries. The role requires a calm, friendly, outgoing personality to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a busy environment, including occasional emergencies.
This is a part‑time role working 22‑28 hours per week: 2 full days between 8:00 am–6:30 pm/7:30 pm and 2 Saturday mornings in a 6‑week rota (8 am–1:30 pm).
