This is a high-autonomy, home-based role designed for a technical sales professional who has built long-term partnerships within the residential and commercial construction sectors.
You will secure specifications for Roof Trusses and Floor Joist systems

Key Responsibilities
* Market Expansion: Drive sales growth across the North Region, specifically targeting the M62 corridor (Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Hull).
* Sector Diversification: Lead the full sales cycle with National/Regional Developers, Main Contractors, and Offsite/Modular Manufacturers.
* Technical Specification: Present structural solutions for I-Joists and Posi-Joists, focusing on cost-efficiency and build-speed.
* Collaboration: Partner with our in-house design team to provide bespoke engineered solutions that meet complex site requirements.
Required Experience
* Experience: Technical B2B Sales into the construction supply chain.
* Sector Familiarity: background selling directly into Developers, Contractors, or Manufacturers.
* Transferable Technical Sales: They welcome candidates from other technical construction backgrounds (e.g., roofing, insulation, or steel framing) provided you have established contacts in the North Region.
