Your Impact
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our small team in Leonardo UK Ltd as a Global Mobility Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Global Mobility strategy. You'll advise senior leadership, manage global policies, and ensure compliance across immigration, tax, and social security frameworks. These areas of expertise also have a compliance focus on Business Travel and UK Inbound Immigration.
This role can be based near any of our UK locations with a mixture of home working and travel to other UK offices as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support global mobility strategy aligned with business needs
2. Advise leadership on mobility trends and compliance risks
3. Support the management of vendor relationships and technology platforms
4. Lead immigration programmes and ensure global compliance
5. Oversee end-to-end assignment lifecycle and payroll processes
6. Enhance employee experience for international assignees
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, and Talent teams
What You Bring:
8. Extensive expertise of managing global mobility, international travel and UK immigration activities within an international company
9. Confident in working autonomously with a deep understanding of international compliance and sponsorship
10. Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
11. Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume environments across a wide global reach
12. Analytical mind set with flexible and effective communication skills
13. Culturally sensitive
