What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
* Lead a small team of 4-6 staff members, motivating them to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Build rapport with customers by offering honest advice and exceeding their expectations.
What You'll Need - Skills And Experience
* Experience leading a small team.
* Management experience in retail or field sales, preferably in hard goods.
* Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
* Ability to motivate a team.
* Knowledge of our product range is a plus.
* Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
* Strong skills in accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy.
* Desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
