In addition to providing elderly care, this service also offers nursing care for residents with complex care needs, making for a unique opportunity to develop your existing clinical skills. Duties in this Deputy Manager role include: Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.The ideal candidate for this Deputy Manager role will be: A qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. Have prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home.
