Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate and develop a skilled support team * Deliver safe, consistent, person-led care using Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support approaches * Manage rotas, safeguarding, compliance, and risk * Build strong relationships with family, advocates, and health professionals * Promote independence, inclusion, and individual growth * Foster a service culture built on dignity, respect, and collaboration You will work closely with the individual and her family, supported by a dedicated team already in place who know her well.
