About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Sales Manager to lead the growth of a key business function within the division across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape sales strategy, manage key accounts, and guide a talented team, all while driving meaningful business impact in a global, purpose-driven company.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue goals.
* Analyse and optimise sales routes and distribution channels (direct and through partners).
* Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
* Manage relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
* Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align commercial strategies.
* Track performance metrics and deliver regular business updates.
* Oversee and manage sales budgets to ensure strong ROI.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years’ experience in sales management, ideally in process, flow, or separation technologies.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
* Commercially astute, analytical, and results-driven.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
* Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel across the UK for client and industry engagements.
