Working from our state of the art studio in Shoreditch, the heart of London’s thriving creative community, your role will involve day-to-day interactions with globally recognised artists and photographers, providing print production advice for their exhibition, portfolio and art sales projects.

Whether you’re a recent graduate, freelance artist, or looking to re-enter the field, this role offers a hands-on experience that can lead to future opportunities in production and operations —within theprintspace or beyond.
What you'll be doing :
* Assist Clients: Manage requests via c alls, live chat, and in-person interactions in our state-of-the-art Shoreditch studio.
* Advise on Print Production: Help artists and photographers bring their work to life with expert guidance.
* Solve Problems: Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
* Share Insights: Provide feedback and ideas to management to help shape our products and services.
* Build Relationships: Create long-term connections with creatives across the globe.
What we're looking for :
* Recent graduates, freelance artists, or artist/studio assistants eager to build a career in the creative industry.
* Passion for art & photography —you love the creative world.
* Photoshop & Adobe skills —a plus, but not required.
* Customer-facing experience —whether in retail, hospitality, or any interactive role.
* Highly motivated individuals —ready to learn, grow, and contribute.
