About The Role
As a Team Leader at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work alongside a friendly and supportive team connected through their passion for delivering the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Experience – deliver an exceptional customer experience to all customers, from helping them find the perfect product to helping them complete the purchase at the till.
* Brand Bra Experience – provide brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and styles.
* Visual Merchandising – own merchandising and presentation of our products.
* Lead by example – energise the team and ensure everything needed for the shift is available; maintain high brand standards.
* Store targets – support management to achieve key KPIs, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
* Store Standards – maintain store standards front and back; manage deliveries; maintain stock; aid loss prevention; adhere to health & safety.
* Store Operations – carry out opening and closing activities, key holder duties, in line with company processes.
* Executing new – support new product launches, floor set moves, audits across the store; train team members for tasks.
Qualifications
* Passion for retail – love front or back of house, create unique customer experience.
* Love the customer – keen to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge.
