About the Role:
Are you someone who leads with heart and purpose? We're looking for a compassionate and experienced CQC Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to guide our home care team in Birmingham. This role is all about making a real difference in people's lives-ensuring that every client receives respectful, high-quality care in the comfort of their own home.
You'll be the driving force behind a team of dedicated carers, helping them grow and thrive while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance. If you're passionate about people and want to lead with empathy and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver safe, person-centred care every day.
- Making sure our services meet and exceed CQC standards.
- Creating care plans that reflect each client's unique needs and preferences.
- Supporting your team through recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
- Regularly reviewing care practices to ensure quality and safety.
- Keeping clear, confidential records for both clients and staff.
- Being a trusted contact for families, professionals, and regulators.
- Managing schedules, budgets, and resources with care and efficiency.
- Listening to feedback and using it to improve our services.
- Staying up to date with best practices and changes in care legislation.
- Working closely with our Head of Care Services to uphold our values and standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Driver who is local to the area no more than a 45-minute commute
- A current CQC registration as a Care Manager.
- Proven experience in leading domiciliary care services.
- A strong understanding of CQC compliance and safeguarding.
- A relevant qualification (QCF/NVQ Level 5 or equivalent-or working towards it).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference.
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of £40,000, bonus opportunities, flexible working opportunities, the opportunity to grow within the business and lead growth within the branch, 28 days annual leave, annual leave allowance and pension plan.
