Farm Grower £35,000 - £40,000 per year We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Farm Operations Supervisor / Grower to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labour efficiently, controlling growing costs, and supporting crop development through collaboration with seed suppliers and trial work with new varieties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agricultural experience who enjoys working in a practical, hands-on environment while contributing to operational decision-making.
