Head of Events Surrey-based, with regular travel to London and other UK sites A collection of luxury private-hire venues is looking for a skilled and thoughtful Head of Events to lead planning and delivery across multiple properties. This hands-on role is all about guiding teams, elevating the guest journey, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial handover through to event day. You'll support and develop planners across the group, working closely with clients and teams to uphold consistently high standards. Experience in luxury events or hospitality - particularly weddings and private stays - is essential, along with strong leadership, attention to detail and a calm, professional presence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee event planning and delivery across all venues Build strong client relationships and guide them through the planning process Lead, support and develop on-site planning teams Ensure consistency, care and quality in every aspect of the guest experience Work with senior leadership on training and operational improvements Regularly review and refine planning processes Requirements: Proven leadership in luxury events or hospitality Excellent organisation, communication and admin skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Tripleseat experience a plus) Full UK driving licence Package: 23 days holiday bank holidays Extra day off for birthday £60,000 45 hours/week, including some evenings and weekends Kellan Group (including all of our brands, Berkeley Scott, RK and Quantica) are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
