Surya Hotels are recruiting for a Junior Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager

To be successful as our Junior Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager you need:
* Management Experience in a 3/4 * 30+ bedroom hotel preferred- 2 years Team Leading experience minimum OR
* Phenomenal experience leading Restaurant teams- delighting and enhancing guest experience
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to lead and inspire a team, and be responsible for decision making in absence of F&B Manager and General Manager
* Understanding of stocks and rotations
* Demonstrable experience of resolving restaurant guest queries
* Experience leading functions and events- with guest, FOH and kitchen liaison
The ideal Junior Operations/ Restaurant/ Duty Manager:
* Ideally has similar experience within a role with responsibility for team and guest
* Strong Hospitality Background, preferably F&B driven experience gained in hotels or high volume restaurants with personality, with proven levels of success
* Excellent team leadership skills
* Flexible in approach and a 'Can do, will achieve' attitude
