Contract Opportunity – Test Lead (Data Specialist)
We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to support a major data transformation programme, leading testing strategy across complex data warehouse and migration environments.
Role: Test Lead (Data Specialist)
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)
Contract: 9–12 months
Rate: £ (Inside IR35)
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the test strategy for data warehouse and migration projects
* Ensuring data integrity across multiple data layers
* Overseeing database testing and automation
* Collaborating with developers, product owners, and delivery teams
Key skills
* Hands on experience with Data validation and reconciliation/ ETL testing / Data Migration
* Microsoft Fabric knowledge and hands on with Lakehouse architecture and Integrations
* Understanding of Power BI
* Experience in validating pipelines built with Azure Data Factory and orchestration
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
* Testing across Data warehouses
* Experience with database or ETL automation tools
