Robert Half has partnered with a prestigious financial services firm to find an in house recruiter.
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to own hiring across all levels for a fast-paced financial services business. This role is hands-on and autonomous, ideal for someone with in-house and/or agency experience, particularly across FS and risk roles. You'll partner closely with HR and Ops, supporting hiring plans, salary benchmarking, and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
What you'll do:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
2. Advise hiring managers, shape job briefs, and build effective hiring strategies.
3. Work closely with external agencies where needed.
4. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
5. Oversee onboarding checks, documentation, and inductions.
6. Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights and reports.
7. Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
What we're looking for:
8. 3-5 years' recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally within financial services/risk.
9. Confident running the full recruitment cycle independently.
10. Strong knowledge of the London talent market.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
12. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace.
13. Strong understanding of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
